These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the iOS application "Restra" (the "App") provided by [HUMAN TODO: legal entity name] ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
The App is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your use is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Apple Standard EULA, apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/). These Terms add App-specific conditions to that EULA. Where they conflict, the App-specific condition that is more protective of the user prevails.

Some features may be offered as an auto-renewing paid subscription. Pricing, billing, auto-renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled by the Apple App Store and governed by Apple's rules. A subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that estimates and suggestions are accurate.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Nothing in these Terms limits rights granted to you by mandatory consumer-protection laws.
We may revise these Terms as needed. For material changes, we will update the date on this page. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without limiting any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you in your country of residence.
