This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how [HUMAN TODO: legal entity name] ("we", "us") handles personal information in the iOS application "Restra" (the "App"). The App processes and stores the information it collects on your device and does not transmit it to any external server.
The controller responsible for personal information is [HUMAN TODO: legal entity name]. Our contact details appear at the end of this Policy.
We collect and use the following information for the purposes stated.

All of the above is processed and stored on your device and is not transmitted externally.
Health and fitness information obtained through HealthKit is used solely to provide the App's features (fatigue estimation and break suggestions). We do not share your personal information with third parties and do not transmit it to external servers. We do not disclose information to third parties except where required by law.
The App and the web pages hosting this Policy do not use cookies, advertising identifiers, or other tracking technologies. We do not track your activity or share it with third parties.
Information the App collects is stored only on your device (in the standard iOS storage area). Deleting the App removes the information it stored on your device. HealthKit data is managed by Apple's Health app and is not removed by deleting the App.
By keeping information on your device, we reduce the risk of exposure associated with external transmission. We recommend protecting your device with a passcode or Face ID.
You may access, correct, and delete the information the App keeps on your device, through in-app settings or by deleting the App.
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you may exercise your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and equivalent laws, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing, and data portability. Our legal bases for processing are the performance of our contract with you and our legitimate interests in providing the App's features, and, where applicable, your consent. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. To exercise your rights, contact us using the details below.
You can change HealthKit read permissions at any time from the iOS Settings or the Health app. Revoking permission may disable some related features.
The App is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children without parental consent.
We may update this Policy as features or laws change. For material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
